Responsibilities

  • Registration and posting of cost documents using the SAP system;
  • Preparation and posting of monthly payments;
  • Reconciliation and confirmation of balances;
  • Monitoring vendor account balances and ensuring timely settlement;
  • Participation in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions;
  • Preparation of various financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable;
  • Participation in process improvement and automation initiatives within the accounts payable function.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) accounting;
  • Very good command of German – minimum B2/C1 level;
  • Good command of English;
  • At least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience working with SAP;
  • Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills;
  • Relevant educational background is a plus;
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from the office).
